AlienTrust posted two bad news items about the authentication process. First of all, their fax machine failed to print any faxes from 11 am to 6 pm on Tuesday, so please resend your documents if you are not yet verified. And secondly, e-mail verification has been cancelled due to processing time of 15 minutes each authentication-time AT is not enough.
